no fossils just rolled with shrieking essence of greed, guarantees high life and only took 2 rolls to get these decent other stats.

Hi build is great, doing a lot of deeps with just a brightbeak and inpulsas. I was wondering to clear up the confusion. What are the best of the best stats on a weapon? and Dagger vs Sceptre?

what mods are valued highest. Is it spell crit or % gained as dmg or ele pen?

Did Merciless lab and continued mapping. Only at T2 maps for now.
I've invested my first Exalted into a 5L Inpulsas + life/resists amulet with a bit left over. Everything just explodes for now and bosses get deleted in seconds.

I was very lucky and yesterday found a 2nd Exalted, so now I'm thinking what I should prioritize upgrading next. I was looking at Warlord's Mark elder rings but those that have life/resists as well are super expensive. What would be best for me to upgrade next?

Also, why do we need Blood Magic linked to our movement skill if we use MoM? Does it use that much Mana? Or it's for safety so that we are not unable to move after a big hit?

First of all, read the build guide. And then read it again. And again.
At this point where you are, all your answers are there.

Second, here is your list of priorities:

Ditch the Divinarius blades and get better weapons.
Get more life on your gear, a lot more.
Get a new belt (with life).
Get Inpulsa.
Get a new amulet.
Get Mark of the Shaper and elder ring.

I would invest in better weapons. Divinarius isn't that great.

If I had to guess, I would say the second option is correct. Safety to run away from dangerous situations.

Lvl 89 5.3k life 300 unreserved mana with MOM.Can do all guardians.I can one shot mobs in t15-16 besides bosses.Killed Shaper. And now i tried to do Uber Elder but it didn't work out.How can i get more survability and overall more dmg. What should i upgrade next? Can i even do Uber on this character?Should i start anew?I got around 6ex left.

I like this build because i can clear fast and do bosses as-well.

your warlords mark ring could be replaced with a better one

this is a little harder to do but you can try and upgrade your amulet to a corrupt with +1 curse then do the corrupt gloves with enfeeble

level up a couple times, chances are 2 or 3 levels gets you a jewel socket

you no longer need warlords mark on herald of thunder since you have the ring, you can put all 3 heralds together with lvl 3 or 4 enlighten to reduce reserve mana giving you an eHP bump

How much extra attributes are you going to need for this build?
