If you are using Wb to move, like me , link it to faster attack and culling strike, and most importantly all 3 quality 20. You have +10% aS on culling strike, +10% as on WB and +10% as on faster attack with 20 quality .

Also you can use a Onslught on kill gem, it helps a lot .

In the guide it says to use BM until you are around 6.5k HP & then you can ditch MoM & use CS. Did you do that, or swap earlier? I'm debating using CS & not BM right now, but I only have 5.6k HP.
