Constant lag spikes make it unplayable

Hey all,

I was having this problem. Someone on this post had the correct answer for me.

Turn off Nvidia Control Panel/GEForce Experience. He said uninstall. You don't have to. Just go to the System Tray, right click and exit out of it. Spikes stopped (for the most part and forget about in town...)

I hope it helps. It worked a charm for me.

If you choose to re-install your Nvidia card, you can opt to not install the GeForce Experience.

Just found this and am glad I am not the only one... even before the new league this became an issue for me, especially on Frankfurt (EU) server but no matter if I switch to Milan or Paris... I have constant lag spikes every evening, over and over and over... since launch of the league even worse :(

Hi! I recently started POE again after a long absence. I never had a problem with this in my game until now.

I have tried everything suggested in this thread. I have enabled and disabled vsync.
I have tried all different kinds of DirectX versions.
I have tried to switch from lockstep to predictive

if I swap to predictive it starts to desync me like crazy
this is driving me nuts as I can't figure out any solution to the problem

some people said I should use the WinMTR to check for packet loss and this is my data
