whats the reason behind brutality gem? could just go damage on full life and keep the elemental/chaos damage (could run taste of hate, atziri flask - maybe sin's rebirth)

" end game bosses has a lot of ele and chaos res.. so for me is not wroth since untill u don't penetrate in some way these res. i have 9% maximum life leech rate per second and 50% increase life leech rate per second,
