Lightning Tendrils and Orb of Storms

I've just tried to PoB Quill Rain with OoS. With impossible GG gear, I'm hard pressed to get 200k dps against Shaper. We sorta knew this before, but OoS really isn't viable for single target dps. Which is kind of a shame, because I love misappropriating skills for different purposes. Basically OoS will be in any lightning spell setup and especially LT, but the damage isn't anywhere near impressive. You can probably turn in a circle with LT and deal more damage than your fast procced OoS.

If it was weak, I could have dealt with it somehow and played it for fun, but this level of being underwhelming really disappointed me, even though I should have expected it. And yeah, I forgot about repetitions not triggering.

Yeah, I was going for an attack/spell hybrid there so it wasn't exactly aiming for such lofty goals, mid tier reds and that's as far as it could go. It worked well as a supplement for the poor coverage of Shrapnel shot but the single target is obviously ass. At least it's flashy and pretty fun, one of my pet builds.
