Not sure about support gems but currently Rage Support is fun for leveling and Dash is awesome for evading stuff and Steelskin might be a great thing in terms of "Oh Shit Button". Which way do i go in the ascendancy i copied the pob link at the top but in the guide u have a different ascendancy to go with written down

" As said only the Intro is currently done and with PoB Ignore the rest until I could fully rewrite it. We're also switching out Multistrike with Fortify. We attack a bit slower but do more damage and have the awesome fortify buff. Current Ascendancy planned is: Blood in the Eyes -> Gracious Violence -> Outmatch and Outlast -> Arena Challenger (When you use Blood and Sand) or Painforged if not Will go over this in the guide as options. Hi i have a question As your gem set up, i use Pride + Blood and sand + arctic armour, total 85% mana reserved, how can i use herald of purity sir.

Hey Akuma,
Thank you for the build. Taking into account how all other melee builds are hyped and as a result items are expensive this build really wins. Jack Axe super cheap, Soul Taker is somewhat expensive, but can be farmed easily in blood aqueducts (currency recipe ^^). Looking at the POB I see that resists are overcapped pretty high, so if you manage your resists smart enough why not placing in essence worm ring. This will let you: 1) Place pride into it and run it for free releasing back 50% of mana. On top of that it will give +2 to aura 2) Instead of Aura we can use any other aura we want should it be something defensive or offensive. Like Herald of Purity. Rough calculations say it can give about 15% dmg boost. But anyway, thank you for an idea for second character. I started with Divine Ire not realizing GGG have changed this skill mechanic without warning and it is now clunky af. | |
" I have shown the overcap to make it very clear that resistances in this build are no problem at all. Instead of an essence worm you should go for steel rings with life and some damage thingy and if you're pooping currency add a curse on hit ontop. gives you MUCH more than adding herald of purity or something. As we're quite low on real HP every slot should have 80+ flat life. Especially thanks to delve and stuff we can buff this quite high now and with investment 7k should be possible and the buffed fortify manages that our eHP is even higher. Brutality sounds like good support in this build, why not use this instead of maim\conc effect? Especially since hatred is not used in the build anymore
Also sunder kinda sucks this league, thinking of maybe switching to something else. The only thing in my mind is cleave, not sure how good it will be with the same tree and stuff, maybe there are other possibilities? | |
" Because there are still shaper and elder mods for phys as extra elemental damage that are still superior. There are quite some possibilities you can follow. Even rage might be good for clearing.
