I've been using Bane and Soul Rend but it's starting to feel a bit clunky in act 5. The damage is great but it just doesn't feel smooth. Has anyone else been playing with the new skills?

Still leveling, but soulrend having a base duration of 0.4 sec is a major turn off for me. Almost ensures you need duration nodes and gem

im using this build tree with some modifications and those skils, primarily soulrend for clear and bane to apply despair and extra damage
and i must say, sr+gmp+efficacy+conc effect its fcking great

Bane with 3 curse linked it's a very good source of damage i clean all group with one cast of bane and right now i start act 8.

the new aura is a good add too, but i'am not really sure it worth for the investiments in mana reserved right now.

Soulrend is a good burst skill, but the duration is a bit... well too short i guess.

im using both and in act 6 and its clearing extremely easy,Sr lacks single target damage a bit but nothing major.

Don't play this build, especially as a league starter. Biggest POS I've ever had the displeasure of playing.

I've played a few seasons but still consider myself a noob. Sorry if this is self-explanatory, but why do you put points in the skill tree for increased health when running Chaos Inoculation ?

They are using the "Energy From With in" unique cobalt jewel that turns health nodes into ES.

if you truly feel that way you're clearly doing something wrong as ichigo has vids up showing it can down pretty much all content just fine.
