yo bro after the nerf happen in game 3.15 the build was die to much then i have to rethink for it and i want make balance for the damage and Def and now it is u are run a full block and have good damage its worth alot to go all that way u'll see ones u have everything same like POB

1. in Life and CI 3.16 PoB you have Wrath linked to spell totem not Wither.
2. You have CWDT + tempest shield while tempest shield is now a reservation skill.
3. Are you sure about Vortex?
4. Mastery from unnatural calm in end game big dick pob is not showing on pob v2.10.0.
