DC'ing after loading a new area or going through portal.

What I am getting is when I load a new area it will DC then when I log back on I can go to that area.Sometimes it gets silly when I have to go to several areas.I first log on it dcs before the town hub loads,I then relog into town ok but dc when I go to a new area.Again I relog I then can go to the town and the new area in succession.Yet again DC when I go to a 2nd new area and relog and can finally go to all 3 in succession.If there is a 3rd(4th if include town hub) area it will just not ever load(this is when an area doesn't have a WP).

Only happens on the Laptop,the desktop is fine so I suspect part of the issue is being under specced except that once I have past the whole DCing thing it is quite playable.
