I've started having the same issue this morning, everything was fine the previous days.
Switching from Frankfurt to Amsterdam and going DX9 with multithreading ON fixed it for me. Played for 3 hours without a single issue. Also deleted the config.ini yesterday. |

Removing --noasync from game launch options in steam has seemed to fix my problems.

Hi,
Do you use Launch options when you start PoE ? https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Launch_options I had "--softwareaudio --noasync" active. Remove "--noasync" and "--nopreload" parameter and thy it again. Or try to run PoE without any launch parameters. This fixed the loading stuck for me. The loading times reduced this too when you enter a new zone. I run now tho at least 10 portals without any loading screen stuck. Im use now only the "--softwareaudio" parameter. Graphic settings : - Windowed Fullscreen - VSync Disabled - Dyn. Resolution Disabled - Post Processing Enabled - Multithreading Enabled - DirectX 11 Dernière édition par Tuxopia#6521, le 12 août 2017 à 11:49:16

" well your issues were same as mine, changing settings helped a little bit - doesnt DC every time but "only" 1/3, which is still unplayable... plus on DX9, i get serious fps drops. come on GGG, at least tell us whats happening. |

Same problem. Switching to Dx9 fixes crashes and hang ups and destroys the fps for me. Good luck playing summoner with this crashes.
Anyway stash tab sales > critical issues. Dernière édition par MaSterX_BG#1066, le 12 août 2017 à 14:42:55

Today I changed to dx9. I had tried it b4 but perhaps the other changes I made effected it. In any case it seems to have cured the constant DC problem. Only once today. So that's better. But the lag is bad and the game kind of looks like a cartoon since I've lowered all my settings.
May I point out I was running perfectly b4 3.0.? |

Yeah. Removing --noasync fixed it for me as well. But this is a huge disadvantage for people with lower specs. We kinda need -noasync to make the game perform well.
