Hi is molten strike a must for this build or can i use earthquake? also does arc auto proc when socketed in mjolner?

Yes Wise Oak is good flask choice for the build. 20% ele penetration is quite powerfull.

About chaos damage: if you have taken all the life + chaos res nodes from tree and life regen under Fortify Ascendancy you should have 20% chaos resistance and 350+ life regen under fortify from tree alone. This way you need maybe 15% in total from rest of the gear to counter most of chaos degen in game, including Plaza boss with dmg mods. However for that boss I suggest taking Atziri flask with you as well.

Arc does auto proc. You need a skill that does at least 8 hits per second to trigger both spells in Mjolner effectively.

I have devoto devotion helment with +3 molten strike projectile, mby is a good idea ( for life regen ) drop GMP and put Life gain on hit?

atm with my tree ( is a little difference ) i can have 450 hp/s and 10 endurance

Yep. Thats a good idea.

and wildstrike jewell have a sense?

Why not take reverely your right next to it and it does the same thing as the jewel?

what should i look for on jewels?

Can I check how much attack speed you have on molten strike?

Looks good. Will be better when gems lvl up to 20 :) Also use some utility flasks: topaz, ruby. Basalt vs Dominus/Malachai/Vaal/Rigwald/Mino/Uber Izaro. Promise vs Plaza etc.
