Not really, unfortunately. Since we must hit a certain amount of attacks per minute to trigger our 4 (or 5 with CDR belt) Discharges per second. So with this Enchant you'd either have too many attacks per second when it's up, or too few when it's not up. Aim for 2% Reg or 10% penetration. The latter only helps with endgame Bosses (Atziri, Shaper, Elder) though, as on other occasions it's really rare to not have killed recently. Just a thought: A few pages before we saw that it is possible to get an Elder Romira's Baquett. If we were to obtain such a thing, we could then use the Mark of the Shaper Opal Ring and we'd be getting 80% spell damage atop of the 25% elemental damage implicit and some life. We then would face some serious resistance problems. To solve those, we could lose the Repentance gloves, which - please correct me if I'm wrong - give us about 80-85% spell damage. We could then get Fingerless Silk Gloves with life, resists and cold damage to attacks, which should not be too hard to get. Assuming that we don't have a shaped 30% Spell Damage ring - which I find really really hard to obtain since it also needs to provide about 80 resists and - in my case - about 40 int. We would net about 20-30% more increased spell damage, I'd say about 200 life and maybe even some attack speed. Would that be preferable, what do you guys (especially Rico and JCOH35) think about that? Would that be preferable, what do you guys (especially Rico and JCOH35) think about that? im using chanced romiras with mark of the shaper, getting resists from jewels and all the purities, earlier when i didnt have good jewels i used passives "Diamond Skin" and "Faith and Steel". Currently 118% fire 104% cold 70% lightning res. but with full endurance charges all the time the res is really enough.
