Kaom's Roots Below Base Speed Bug

So judging from the poison darts I've been getting hit by Kaom's Roots doesnt seem to prevent you from being slowed below base speed as the stat suggests. Temporal Chains also seems to slow you beyond base speed as well while wearing the boots.

The character sheet should reflect these changes when they occur. Next time you think you are being slowed below base, can you take a screencap of your Defense tab?

i have same problems with new kaom's root buff, i have +0% movement speed and my moving speed drops from any source of slow, but my juggernaut with his unstoppable ascendancy works fine. please fix kaom's root
There are 2 mods on Unstoppable and only 1 on kaom's roots. You sure you're not confusing the slow action speed with the slow move speed?

This is how they interact per the wiki:
"
The first modifier prevents the player from being slowed below base speed. The speed of the player is the rate at which the player performs animations, and is modified by slowing and accelerating effects such as Chill, Freeze, Temporal Chains inventory icon.pngTemporal Chains, and Acceleration Shrines.[1] Player speed is not related to or affected by modifiers to attack speed, cast speed, or movement speed. Therefore, so long as the player is not under the effect of an Acceleration Shrine, players with this Ascendancy passive skill allocated will be completely unaffected by Chill, Freeze, or Temporal Chains.


Based on this description temp chains and slows of that sort should have no affect. The only working mechanic on these boots is freeze seems to be negated.

Mark already hinted at this, but: Dart Traps do not apply Slow, they apply a negative Movement Speed modifier. Kaom's Roots explicitly prevents Slow.

Temporal Chains, Chill and Freeze are Slows (with Freeze being 100% Slow); these are not reflected on the Character Sheet, because it directly applies to your character's action/animation speed as opposed to your Move/Attack speed et al. Unless you have an Acceleration Shrine active, it should have no effect.

Well that is precisely what is happening, temp chains seems to be slowing my character down.

Tar also gives a 60% penalty with Kaom's Roots on, and that should count as a slow, just like temporal chains, etc. Right?
