At this point I am 100% sure Temporal Chains is rigged, it has to be

today i ran ~ 20 maps, and managed to roll 5 times in a row temp chains mod..

There really shouldn't be any surprise that temp chains rolls so often. Why? Because we almost always want % increased pack size mod on our maps and GGG has coded themselves into a corner with allowing the AoE and speed of killing to increase so much in 2016 that by the end and of the year we were suffering huge lag from Breach League increased player counts and the huge increase in the quantity of mob damage calculations such that a post from Chris "We have been ordering more servers" was finally warranted stating that GGG is adding more servers to reduce latency. The PoE servers are just being totally overloaded by our mob speed killing. To help in any way to lessen the server side processing load temp chains slows us down a little and thus it is always the mod linked in with % increased pack size.

GGG will probably always be behind the performance curve when it comes to the server side simulation and extra latency due to too many calculations for all players on too few server CPUs.
