Game is unplayable - What's going on with the engine?

Hey all,

it's a shame for GGG not even posting anything about that problem. Many people have fps drops/latency spikes since introducing dx11. its well known for around 2 weeks or maybe even longer and nothing happened .
I can't even play those league things cause fps drops so hard that i always die at some point, same with leveling, even low tier maps can kill me cause i can't see any shit going around.

The least GGG should do is adress a post to it and say sorry guys
In its current state its unplayble and that with a new league started GG, NOT

Main thing I'm worried about is weather or not is a problem on my side of things, between my pc/router and my isp, or if its a thing on GGG's side of stuff.

I can't play this league. Game locks up hard whenever I encounter certain breaches like the cold ones. Just died because a bazillion mobs spawned all casting something and my comp locked up.
