Sry for noob question, but what's the best way to solve mana issues ?

what is the build average price? Not including skill gems?

" without flasks and jewels i think somewhere 2-3ex: -abyssus 80-90c -belt 2c -facebreaker 750%+ 10c (or more if you want close to 800%) -shield 35c -rings/amul rly big price range.. depends how nice you want to have them, i bought my rings for 1c at league start and still using, lazy to upgrade, get bored a bit :D -boots atziri's step cheap too.. or rare ones with double resist also i think max 5c.. |

I keep looking at Belly of the beast and doing the maths I think a good 6linked Rare armour would be better or is there something i'm missing?
