for some build still can be OP(around 200% ias boost from it),for many better to get just IAS nodes

Just for reference, I already run a Mjolner build with Undeniable now. The accuracy rating atm is 3845.
So right now the node gives 1000 acc and 10% AS. Afterwards it will give my character 1000 acc and 19% AS.

I'll take a 9% attack speed buff for free. (Though a 28% buff would have been insane - +38% if the node had gone in as is)

Undeniable isn't getting nerfed. The version that is going in is still a buff from what we currently have.
