If the flasks are an issue for you, you could try it out with a juggernaut so you can self-curse with Temp chains to increase flask duration. And/or, try the Retch belt to increase duration.

ATM im testing with 237 mana Cost and 5.5 Cast per Second

this is 10428 leech per sec
- 5214 Self Damage
- 1303 Mana cost
= 3911 leech per sec

The Self Damage is physical and could be mitigated.

ahhhhhhh, just found out why im constantly dying.

if the flask is not activ and you damage yourself down to 1000 HP,
the next cast is Suicide, cause the Mana cost is substracted first. LOL

you can use the stun threshold is based on es mechanic,with one of the jewels that remove energy shield.this means you get stunned no matter the hit.with the stun recovery unique jewel you are kinda immune to the stun effect but still get stunned
