Energy Shield % increase on amulets broken?
" Armour in D3 works the same as Armour in POE except: -applies to all damage -instead of scaling based on hit size, it uses a constant number (I think it was 3500 at level 70, which is equivalent to a hit of 350 in PoE) Need game info?
