I have no other explanation to that. I just noticed that I got hit by it, immortal call proced and took me to like 40% HP, then like a split of a second I got another hit (only the slash could be the source), just after the basic IC duration and I died.
Also noted small lag during that time.
I have seen this theory many times, and it honestly seems like the most plausible. For some reason, intentional or not, it ticks more than once or is calculated twice.
But I can't find any solid proof of that.
