Is true ... but people saying about "buy" a new pc to play P.O.E ... is strange thing.
We talking about game, is a complex theme ... but "a lot" of people play "poe" and have a lot of "nubs" , and a small groups trying "redirect" this people to "buy new stuff".

C'mon ... i will not talk more about that, but:
I will NOT buy stuff in ur daddy store.
I NOT will pay to play the "new console px5 or px999 (or wherever), for personal reasons, is my problem. Poe at now is free, is a reason to a LOT of people help.

Well, 64-bit Windows INCLUDES some backwards-compatibility abstraction to handle 32-bit applications... But at the expense of the 16-bit abstraction layer that older versions of Windows had.

A good example of why technically 64-bit Windows isn't 32-bit: you can't use 32-bit drivers with 64-bit Windows.
