Rare Amulets? Bad Luck?

Something changed recently in amulet drop rate. I have 50 unid rings/belts and 0 amulet drop past 2 days. 60+ 75+ map done with 300 iir

I've gone through droughts of both rings and ammies. I think ammies are rarer because I've sat on rows of rings lacking amulets far more often than the reverse but missing rings is far more frustrating. You can manufacture unid'ed ammies (with the 7 iron ring recipe) but you can't manufacture unid'ed rings so I'm glad that it is the way it is.

Funny thing, I almost always have more ammys than rings. Anyway, jewely is great for chancing. You get a shot at a possible unique you want and a rare. I also alch quite a bit of jewelry once I am into ilvl 75+. I don't sell items but still find it profitable for finding usable items and completing regal recipe. I really never bother alching in the chaos range but for ilvl 73-74 jewely it should be fairly profitable.

I came upon this post because I ave been collecting unid' rare sets for Chaos recipes, I have a full tab of boots, helms, gloves, chest, Weapons, 12 belts and 12 rings and not one single amulet since I have started collecting lv60 + items.

So I think this is still the hardest part to fill for that recipe.

Chests and helms seem to be the most common for me.

I'm actually running into the opposite problem. I have a ton of rare belts and amulets, but am suffering a massive shortage of rare rings...

28 rings + sets that go with it, not an ammy in sight. The struggle.... XD

For me, its always rings. I have a ton of everything else. I get 3-5 amulets to drop per ring. I end up IDing the better base ones.

If anyone wants to trade amulets for rings in standard, please PM me. Lets combine our rng strengths and weaknesses for mutual profit.
