What makes Chaos Inoculation good?

Unless you are going high physical, but when my cold witch meets elemental reflects, i normally can slowly burn them down while i ran to around to regen my ES. So long as my cold resist is high.
I didnt went GR until i was lvl 75. With 3.5k ES, i can solo 66-68 maps without problems. but i am range and i can perma-freeze with ice spear totem/ FP/ frostbite. So it may be easier for my build ;D IGN: Aiers.

" yeah, I think ci works very well with cold builds, I tried ci with bow builds, and that just made everything worse since bow builds= gear dependant and ci builds= gear dependant... and the fact that you may want shield when you do ci builds for more survival. My Craft Logs-thread/359202
