Any unofficial way to use a gamepad like Torchlight?

You have to tone down the sensitivity of the mouse cursor which already means you're operating at a slower pace whether it's aiming abilities or picking up items. Thus it isn't on par.

There's no need to get defensive. It's a fact that countermands your opinion.

Slower pace? Not everyone is in a ladder race, and this is clearly meant for casual players. Get lost troll.

Facts are trolling now? Who knew?
Alright well I've got it set up the way I want, it's working pretty nicely though could use some small tweaks still probably. To sum it up, here are the controls:

Left Analog: Normal speed mouse cursor
Right Analog: Slower speed mouse cursor for looting and precision clicking
Direction Pad Up: 1 (Flask 1)
Direction Pad Right: 2 (Flask 2)
Direction Pad Down: 3 (Flask 3)
Direction Pad Left: 4 (Flask 4)
Right Analog Stick Button: 5 (Flask 5)
X Button: Left Click
A Button: Q (Summon Skeletons)
B Button: R (Raise Zombie)
Y Button: Right Click (Arc Totem)
RB Button: W (Raise Spectre)
Right Trigger: F (The default key for most players is T but I rebound it to F, Vulnerability)

The left trigger, LB, left analog stick button, Select and Start are all free still. I didn't really feel I needed them right at this moment. In fact, I bound left trigger as F12, which I set as my Ventrilo key to talk to a friend...I couldn't find a way to bind side mouse button which is why I chose F12.

I'll post the .cfg file in a spoiler tag here in case anyone wants to copy and paste to try.

Not a fan of necroing threads but...

My recent post for anyone interested, I released a tool to allow playing POE with a gamepad

Left Analog: Character movement, describes a small circle around the character so it feels as if the game has analog movement support.

Right Analog: Moves the pointer in an elliptical area for aiming.

All other buttons can be mapped to skills, potions, etc

Any feedback is appreciated

Cheers
