Changing the Loot Timer

I play a ranger on hardcore, and like 95% of the time I have no problem getting my loot. If you can't get your loot in the allocated amount of time that's your own fault. You also could always just play solo, or join a guild to help prevent playing with randoms.

But you're on hardcore. I play on default. I want a relaxing game not a hardcore one.
