Yep, I crashed in the sewers too not long ago. I didn't get that error though. I got something shorter ''client crash'' something. Would have been more helpful if i remebered it i guess! :)

Hey Joel... I had similar crashes last night in sewers:
1st image showing crazy FPS rates dropping and rising dramatically: ![]() - I shutdown client and restarted. - similar things continued in sewers. - scanned forums, found similar issues... I had a "bad allocation" error earlier in the day. - ran the PackCheck but no messages appeared after it ran. - I removed the removed the "Content.ggpk" anyway and downloaded the entire client again. It seemed better, but by now I was taking things a lot slower and pretty much completed the sewers by then. Got this though when the client crashed a bit later on: ![]() Also my PC setup (if you need it) is: CPU = AMD Athlon II X2 260 RAM = 8GB GPU = ATI Radeon HD 5770 OS = Windows 8 64-bit And my POE video settings are: Display Mode = Windowed Resolution = 1904x1001 (Custom) VSync = checked Shadow Type = No Shadows Antialiasing Quality = Off Texture Quality = Medium Texture Filtering = Trilinear Filtering Post Processing = unchecked Screen Shake = unchecked HTH mate Chris Wilson: "Today was the proudest day of my life." We got these constantly. The main thing was when joining instances, although this wasn't always the case.

I also crashed in the sewers and got the pak 3 crash error however if you look in the forums there is a pakchecker that makes sure you aren't missing any paks. I downloaded it and ran and then it found I was missing a pak so the next time I loaded the game it downloaded the required files.

I just crashed in the Warehouse sewers; happened the instant I clicked on the exit doorway to go up into the Warehouse region.
Not sure if this matters, but I originally entered the warehouse sewers through the slum sewers connection. The game crashed straight to desktop, and said 'client.exe has stopped working'. Thanks! |

Hmm. Actually, I had one of these trying to go to the Docks. Fortunately the waypoint wasn't too far away, but if I'd been in Lunaris Temple or the Mausoleum (whatever that place near the slums is), I would've been very annoyed.

I've been having this same issue on one of my computers. I have a nice computer at my house, near top of the line, and haven't had a single crash on it yet. Then I have my old computer that's about 6 years old hardwarewise that runs the game great(40 fps at high settings with 2 AA and AF) until act 3 and then I get crashes so bad at map transitions in act 3 that my whole computer just locks up and I'm forced to restart. So I turned down all my graphics settings and it has worked fine so far with no crashes. But here's a screen cap of the error.
