Is wielding a bow dualwielding?

It's neither in the context of passive nodes.

Things that are relevant to bows can be:

- Projectile damage/speed
- Phys damage (not melee phys)
- Ele damage and weapon ele damage
- Attack speed
- Generic bow stuff

you can dual weild bows when after you take the keystone "Nipple hands" where your character grows tiny hands on their nipples in order to fire/reload 2 bows at once. The downside is that you can't wear a chest or shirt. basically maurauder/shadow only. scion, ranger, and witch sued for sexual harrassment. Templar/duelist refused to take off their shirts because they are already pantsless - demivion

It doesn't matter... none of the one/two handed or dualwield nodes affect bows, if you use bows use BOW passives and projectile passives.
