But yes I have this same problem, tried a few things, but it does appear to start from were you left off so no biggie.
I guess just look into it?
I created a DXdiag file but I do not see an upload tab (maybe add one)? I would copy+paste but its about 10 pages long.

Dxdiag has a "Save all information" button which you can save all the information to a txt file which you can then attach and email to support, use the "Contact support" button at the top of the page above you character information.
