I've been super lazy about this, but I upgraded my pack a day or two before release, but never got any contact regarding the physical gear.

Is there a cut off for when support will deal with this?

Figured I may as well throw my hat into the ring, I recieved a email from Jinx a month ago letting me know my package has been shipped with my Open Beta Supporter items, however after waiting a month I went to check the tracking as per link in the email and it says it is not available at this time. So I don't really know what to do.

still wait my tabula... mail to jinx.. and nothing happens... GGG please
