Guess it was not easy to kill those bosses mentioned in your threads, but you have shown us a new perspective of how far one can push his characters.

just remember one thing guys, you are not supposed to be sheeps praising only exilepo builds with life/ES stuff doing all maps with any mod. A game can be enjoyed with a different style, i don't mimic other builds that's it. Some guys found the video cool and i am glad.

if you hate difference then.. idk, what could i say ? You should not ? Do whatever you want guys.

I really do not understand the behaviour of alot of ppl in this forum,which sadly seems to be the majority.It is a VIDEO GAME.Its purpose is to HAVE FUN.I had fun watching this vid,the maker obviously had fun making it.PPl can just play their cookie cutter builds and enjoy them.Why they are offensive towards ppl who dont is beyond me.Some ppl want to just play differently,is this a reason for eeryone to start pin point why this is terrible and blah blah(u ll get one shotted by that blah blah monster,Imagine playing the blah blah map with blah modes and u obviously suck ause the blah blah boss will tear u in every possible way.YEAH SO???Get a life.

Oh a molten shell user :) i like it.

How much STR do you have ? And how much dps you have with and without iron will ?

Unfortunately i can't use a 4L because my molten is in a +3 wand. And usually i go Molten-Chance to ignite-ele prof. I took CE just for the video, and what are the notable iaoe nodes you took ? I have a few near my build : Amplify // Blast radius.. any other ?

this is a melee build so nothing planned for molten shell directly - i only have Amplify cluster for a bit of area dmg and area radius

dps values (with just 438 str) (gems are as linked before, no auras used, i have resolute technique so no crits)

i thought about turning molten shell into burning damage source but this requires Q20 version (i would rather not use a slot just for chance to ignite in this case): molten + ele.prolif + fire pen. + conc.effect. given how ele.prolif works (uses the highest burn anyway, you need only one to connect) it should be enough.

ele. pen. is not reflected in the tooltip but oh my it makes a difference. i also use +curse boots, so from time to time use flammability, but my main dmg is the mace with melee skill - molten shell is just for tough spots (and you HAVE TO watch out for reflect mobs...).

i should get around the half i think. I have been leveling Iron will just in case.

Now i don't know which gem could give more dmg : leveled added chaos damage ( ++mana ) or Iron will. It's probably fire penet, especially with +3 fire.

i think that out of these choices the fire penetration will do you the best - it is a hidden but enormous bonus

iron will with my str level is a huge (it is almost 85% more damage in my case) but if your str is in the middle-levels fire pen is definitely better choice

tried it minutes before with flammability curse (never really used molten shell for the damage - it was always armor with added dmg bonus) - hmm.. it works quite well :)

i really miss the Q version of molten shell..
