Im start streaming for 10 min, after that i just turned it off and going to farm.
No one whisp me for this 10 min and no one give me any of chance and scouring. I spend my 90 chaos to buy chance orbs, so all fine.

There's nothing lame.

He opens the lottery for a specific amount of time. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 1000 minutes. In that time frame, if you provide chances and he gets an unique you win the prize.

He opened the lottery for 10 minutes and then he closed it, decided to farm and chance it himself. He got lucky and rolled the shavronne.

That's it. He did nothing wrong.

What were you farming to get currency?

he promised the prize to the one who chanced it, and the one who chanced it got the prize, how is this unfair?

because no chaos damage, without shavs he would die in maps that rolled chaos damage mobs
with shavs he can run his low life RF MF build in maps
