[Theorycrafting] Troll Builds

With pvp looming closer, I would like to make some builds that have no practical value in the game except to annoy enemy players as much as possible.

To give you an idea of just HOW annoying I'm talking about let me make a few references to some really annoying diablo 2 builds:

1) guided arrow, max slow, decrip (from amulet), knockback, slow missiles zon. makes u reach the max slow + the decrip allows enemies to go even slower. stacked psn dmg for the lulz.

2) max leap, max block, 2 x doom on weapon switch, max resist, fast run speed, max iron armor, max bo, max shout barb. max leap provides 1.5 screen distance knockback + allows you to dodge projectiles. useless in pvp, but soooooooooooooooo annoying.

3) tg, max -fire resist jewels, crow, bear, max firestorm druid.

I have some of my own ideas, but given how dedicated and knowledgeable some of you guys are, I'm curious what you can think of.

You know someone is gonna say it, so... High cast speed Frost Walls w/totems.

Having played this build with Poison Arrow, I can say it's far from a troll build.

Well... it does have troll aspects.

Frost wall totems + Temporal Chains totems + Frost nova totems + Shockwave totems + bear traps.

I think you could make people pretty unhappy.

I was thinking super high ES with CI, max resists (81%), high block rate, high movement speed, and virtually no dps. Spend the entire fight enjoying yourself by evading their attacks and occasionally using whatever skill you choose to whittle through their flasks and health.. Maybe cold snap totems and ice wall?

I think you could be a nice annoyance by combining Shield Charge with Whirling Blades. :3
