elemental hit vs power siphon wanding

I want to know how they differ and how legitimate EH wanding is? Mostly want to know about the DPS difference and how sustainable EH is in mana cost

would appreciate any help i can get :D i just failed a frenzy wanding build i was testing so ima respec and use one of these (although i'm pretty sure hte tree is going to look about the same regardless of what i choose unless someone can give some information i need to know about one or the other that might differ)

also how is the accuracy going to turn out on either of these if you really dont get any dex or +acc rating for wands/general on the tree? i dont wanna be whiffin all my attacks :D

i will be CI in this build - it takes me 7 points to get vaal pact. just wondering if CI builds like this are doable without vaal pact? still using life leech and ghost reaver of course but i'm not sure how efficient it is to spend 7 points to make the life leech instant, i know it's good just trying to weigh my options

I've never played a wander, but you might want to check out WillyWonka's streams/videos - he has an elemental hit multiple projectile wander that appears to do quite well.

My experience says Vaal Pact is not needed with Power Siphon.
+Accuracy is required, but don't try to reach 95%, you'll only gimp yourself by trying. I got by with +acc on rings only.
