Stupid things you've done in POE?

i've deleted 15+ endgame char's with full gear (5-6 link w/ good mods on all) because they died and probably around 30 unique that i was trolling with on mid lvl char's.

it's between that and getting a trap only build (only used trap attack skill gems, even through lvling) to endgame (hardcore). sadly i still think it's a semi-viable build, only problem is getting the the fire damage conversion gear/gems and enough crit for consistent burn spread. that and elemental proliferation doesn't have the best aoe. but you can one shot most packs even in maps, and the burst is mad when you have 6 bear traps w/ high crit

Spent a few hundred alts on trying to get double es rolls. Didn't know what prefixes and suffixes were at the time.

Used the only exalted I've ever had on a Rusted Sword, on purpose, knowing exactly what it did.

I regret doing that a little bit...

i just used a jewelers orb on a 5-link when i meant to use an alteration :( crap!

1. didn't know the value of 5-links+ when I just started playing and vendored it due to stash space problem.
dang, that's the ONLY 5-link item EVER dropped even till today.

2. burnt through several stacks of chromatic and when i finished, I realize I don't need to do that. ._. I lost my mind.

sold a 358 dps soul taker to some random dock grinder for 86 exalts.

Gone CI on a lvl 30 witch.

In HC before release I traded a Mon'Tregul's grasp to someone for an Eye of Chayula. I didn't even care, I told him if he could go find me one I'd trade. Turns out that item is now going to be extremely rare and expensive, but oh well, I don't play in HC and I'm lazy.

Otherwise, doing a 72 with 98% extra lightning damage. Had no idea how dangerous that was for my character at the time.
