ritual tablets

paid attention to few more things about tablets and ritual mech itself

in delirium encounter, which is accessible through the realmgate there are delirium tablets in drop, but there are no ritual tablets in drop from ritual boss.

one more thing - it looks like rit tablets do not drop from revived ritual mobs, same time , for example, abyss tablets drops from abyssal monsters that come from abyss as well as from abyssal mobs on the surface

so i'd like to see some balance for tablets.
my suggestion, based on information above - add ritual tablets in drop from revived monsters + in drop from ritual boss

for last few days i got only 2-3 ritual tablets dropped from naturally spawned ritual mobs... that's all. no more tablets

you can see result of low drop rate of these tablets - EVERYTHING that linked to ritual grow in price
for other content - tablets are pretty cheap

another thing is that demand for ritual goods is artificially high because of TOO MUCH omens could be find ONLY in ritual

abyss has 1 expensive and 1 cheap omen ( of light and abyssal echoes)
expedition has .... only splinters has some value
delirium ... who cares about this content? but some tablets are useful for abyss farming. ok high tier die is also has some demand... but it uses just few times per character
so ritual is the key for crafting. and its tablets so low in drop.... what devs were thinking about doing that i dont know....

I like the Ritual Altar from POE1 more than POE2

I liked how the Altar spawned small totems around it.

It was one of my favorite moments in POE1 being in the cave dungeon, and frantically slaughtering all the abominations and totems in a cave.

It would be cooler if instead of the current Ritual Altars being above ground, there was a cave entrance instead, like entering the Abyss. With a cool atmosphere like there was in POE1.

another one suggestion for balance - spread ritual omens to other content

by doing this , there could be some more sense in abyssal fractions on maps, for example amanamu mobs got omen of light and echoes, another fraction will have , lets say, omen for prefix erasure and 3rd fraction will have omen for suffix erasure

omen of recombination could be moved to delirium content

and so on

so it will spread demand for crafting omens to ALL content and reduce demand for ritual tablets, same time there will more sense for other content

SAME TIME tablets should have changes in drop that i suggested above - add tablets to ritual revived mobs and ritual boss (as there are delirium tablets in realmgate)

i havent seen a single ritual tablet in DAYS!

I think it was in 0.3.1 when the Ritual tablet drops suddenly dropped down to like 20% of their original drop chance. There was never anything mentioned in the patch notes, it just happened. And then the market was in shock: the price of Ritual tablet skyrocketed. In 0.4 it got a bit better again, but there's still something wrong there.
Remember how GGG didn't even realize most their layouts generated on the Atlas were the same (Hidden Grotto) in 0.2? It was like 50% of maps, even though there are like 40 different layouts or something. I honestly think they just made a mistake in this case as well and haven't fixed it yet. Maybe next year...
