[Suggestion] Orb of Antiquity: A Proposed Currency for Upgrading Uniques

I would like to propose a new rare currency "Orb of Antiquity" that upgrades a low-level unique to a higher-tier base. This is similar to the Horadric Cube recipe for upgrading uniques in Diablo 2. The Orb of Antiquity is designed to bridge the gap between early-game unique finds and endgame viability.

Orb of Antiquity is "All-or-Nothing," with 50% chance for success to upgrade unique or is destroyed. The destruction mechanic is necessary to prevent every low-level unique from flooding market.

Orb of Antiquity
* Unpredictably either upgrades Unique item to higher-tier base or destroys it. Level and attribute requirements (Str/Dex/Int) will match new higher-tier base.

Exactly. Horadric Cube recipe for upgrading uniques in D2 worked great, GGG needs to add here as well.

The effect should probably be something like a chance between destroying the Unique (like an Orb of Chance) and upgrading it to something higher tier.

We also need an orb that elevates tier levels of modifiers on items.
