Perma ban the streamers promoting exploits

If you think GGG is going to ban a famous streamer and big promoter of the game, you're crazy. There are 5 streamers who are above the law in this game, I don't even need to list them.

I watched a few minutes of two of them yesterday and it was basically, "*kiss*kiss, its not that bad,*kiss*kiss, you dont even need to do this to make currency, *kiss*kiss"

And it's not like GGG will miss anything by banning those involved. The people that watch already know about poe and what kind of game it is. Nobody is discovering the game at this point.
Streamers are useless beta male cat-people and it's hard to not see them as a liability.

If they don't ban them, it opens them up to possible court issues later.
Wait until someone with money gets banned while someone else doing the same thing didn't.
A good example is Elon. He should have been perma banned for account sharing but wasn't.
Now, banning someone for account sharing is a potential risk.

Streamers are a useless liability that ruin almost everything they touch and should be treated as such by everyone.
If your game cant survive without streamers, it's not a good game to begin with.

Yes, ban these exploiters. Destroyed the economy for normal players. The recent patch only made them richer because they already have completed temples. It actually made everyone else worst off.

+1

the first part of the reaction deleting the holten system is mandatory for the health of the game BUT its pretty far to be enough to restore a decent economy and trust of players.

maybe the economy of this entire league is dead and gone because this abuse went to far, but at the very least every player that has contributed to this death have to be perma ban
Idk about perma ban. But there should be some example for other players how GGG would treat a normal players. This should set a clear message if a bug occurs that can break economy level and people intentionally abuse them. What's the outcome?
They need to do something to the people that did the Exploit, BUT perman ban is a bit much.
Maybe a league ban so they can play standard but not the League till next league
Will never happen, theyre their free advertisers, their main audience, free money. Every tactic that Ziz, fubgun etc uses, even if it looks like an exploit, you are safe to use yourself, because they will never punish them.

They would if they did that video immediately and didn't exploit it to the max. As it is right now they exploit it until too many people know about it to make that super profit/too many react negatively to it then they make a youtube video to cash in extra and GGG panic patches. Repeat

Banning streamers for showing those exploits only makes it much harder to find and fix those exploits. Especially in Early Access of all places its extremely stupid to ban anyone who breaks the game in half because thats what beta testing a game is all about. QA game testing isn't about just overall balance testing but trying to glitch the game and find bugs as much as possible.

Sounds like a very professional take... I wonder what Tencent has to say about it with a Porfolio of gaming studios worth around 10 billion and one of them is creating systemic risk in zones like the EU where equality is king (in case an European user gets banned for the same or similar issue in the future).

They are putting themselves at risk... They might not see it, but Tencent are no fools.

I am just wondering (yes, there are hard copies, timestamped hard copies that can serve as evidence) what the community has to say when a certain streamer says on like stream for 5K people (it remain unclear if he is connected to GGG, partner? Sponsored?) things like this:

"Jonathan just called me, they are going to rollback the entire league... Yeah... Jonathan called me"

This can be seen from many angles, from market disruption attempt, to market manipulation, spreading chaos...

My personal angle on this is quite different: it shows a total lack of respect for the time investment of legit players who play the game according to its intended mechanics and Jonathans vision.

This kind of statements to such audience shows he is no professial... In the world of Escape from Tarkov, this is easilly classified as a "rat".

I wonder why the community and GGG tolerate such behavior... If he is indeed a sponsored or partner of GGG, he should be ejected immediatly for:
- involving the name of the lead game developer in such cirscuntances
- mocking the entire community on for such a huge audience
- extreme lack of professionalism

You can cry all you want about a question of semantics, if it's a bug or whatever... But defending such behavior that exposes GGG and Tencent to systemic risk doesnt make of him a 'golden boy', makes of him a 'toxic asset'

That is the truth!
Fub still streaming. Why not banned until end of league in accordance with announcement? Oh wait…

GGG in a sad state
