Ignite is absurd

I have 5k ES and capped res, almost every type of ignite in T15+ maps will kill me. How is this balanced?

Yeah without the charm it's pretty annoying. It is really strong even with 75% FR.

Burning Ground is the counter to energy shield. You can't run burning ground as ES build.
