Please note that while this Mystery Box is not yet available in Path of Exile 1, you will still receive it and will be able to open it once the box is released in Path of Exile 1.

It’s been 3 days and there is still no box in poe2 on Xbox for me. The shop is just empty, it does not open at all. Although PoE1 shop works perfectly fine (no box there of course). Is poe2 shop broken?

You don't search in the Shop mate, open your Customization Char thingy and it should be in the `Consumables` tab ;)

Found it. I guess the UX could be better. I just did not know I was expected to select row “consumable” and press “a”. Really not obvious, thanks

I received a scroll for recording currency expenditure. Complete disappointment.

Over the past few days I have opened the in-game shop several times in PoE 1 both using the button and by pressing M. When I open my cosmetics microtransactions stash from the character inventory in PoE 1, I don't see a box anywhere.

I understand the boxes aren't openable in PoE 1 right now, but shouldn't something show up?

Hi ! I opened the free mystery box and it seems it glitched when I opened it and I'm afraid I got no reward... :/

Did that happen to somebody else too ?
