If you are using an AMD gpu, check the driver. They specifically had a note about the new drivers having issues with load times. 25.9 is the driver I'm currently using with no issues.

Also, try vulkan instead of Dx12. I noticed clear performance boost in lack of stutter when I swapped over.

To GGG, the displates are very nice. However, they are stupid expensive. Also, as someone else mentioned, any way to get POE1 art for fans of the first game? I know there's still a major cult following there.
