I am pretty sure 1.0 will in the same state as 0.4 now. Barely anything will be fixed. It was a year since they've released an early access, lot of thing were added but at the same time nothing fundamentally is changed which is most of the problems since 0.1

0.2 was a nothingburger of a patch with heavy nerf slams, yet 0.4 feels more infuriating. They quickly finally finished the Druid to steal the spotlight, to say to us later that we not gonna see the Endgame overhaul (which leads us to don't say shit is gonna be defo ready into 0.4 until it's really ready) and hype the release the mechanic that barely anyone even tested that masterfully been covered by woman with nice pair of tits.

it's just sad overall.


Honestly? They thought players were simpletons and 2 pairs of tiddies and OMG DRUID would be enough to satisfy them for the next 4 months.

GGG has devoled into a literal hype-marketing developer instead of substance developer. Disgraceful.

Im only saying this is how they work. Its the way they build their game into being amazing. Not saying its right/wrong/etc just the way they have functioned since the beginning of their first game.

You're releasing incomplete, league-style patches as if this game had already been fully released. Everything is in a disastrous technical and gameplay state. Players are quitting en masse after a week - doesn't that give you anything to think about?

General feeling about loot:
After around 100 hours played in this league on SSF, I honestly feel like it was a complete waste of time. Every single aspect of the game is not even remotely prepared for anything other than trade play. Every individual item has to be painfully fought for, and things like a Level 20 Skill Gem or a Perfect Jeweller's Orb are treated like luxury goods with absurdly limited access. Item drops are terrible - it's extremely hard to find anything that would be an upgrade to your current gear, not to mention that crafting is absolutely awful. About 90% of crafts revolve around slamming an item and then vendoring it or throwing it on the ground... For example, you find a Gold Ring (Tier 4), and then it turns out that the mod that makes it show up as Tier 4 is T1 Light Radius... Precursor Tablet drop rates are set horribly - some drop far too often (abyss), while others barely at all (ritual).

Bugs:
For several days now, after your latest update (0.4.0c), there has been a bug with the abyss mod stolen by Headhunter that causes the character to stand still for 60 seconds.
(for those unaware, here's the link: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3894394)

Sprint feels terrible, the movement penalty is disgusting, and on top of that, since the start of 0.4, Blink has been bugged - teleporting directly into mobs causes heavy stun, as if the character had just exited sprint.

Balance:
The lack of Energy Shield sustain after taking damage, like the old 0.1-style mechanics (Grim Feast) or Spell Damage Leeched as Energy Shield from PoE1, combined with Deflection being much harder to scale than Armour also applies to Elemental Damage, results in an equally off-putting and unpleasant gameplay feel at every stage of the game and on every budget. Ignite, even after the nerf, is still completely over the top - running through burning ground is almost guaranteed to cost you half your life even at 75% fire resistance... The Abyss mob mod that forces you to either pull the mob out of the cloud or step into it is the complete opposite of what an ARPG is supposed to be - blasting dozens or hundreds of mobs on the screen.


On top of that, you're still not adding dedicated stash tabs for specific mechanics. There's still no stash tab for tablets, abyss omens, desecrated currency, expedition, breach splinters & catalysts. Meanwhile, you're releasing shapeshift skins (which, by the way, look awful), while doing absolutely nothing to bring existing MTX over from PoE1.

Are you actually kidding us? You want our money? Then give something back...


My dang thoughts exactly, why tf even have SSF in the first place when you aren't gonna make the game remotely possible for single players, trade is required its built into the design of the game, the nature, gold wasnt in poe1 prior to like a year ago, the orbs were designed for 1 reason, to avoid the huge issue with ARPG's of needing gold for gear, they wanted orbs, you can choose affixes in poe1 aswell with orbs xD
Crafting doesn't exist here, only gambling, the closest we got, which was still all RNG but more selective, homogenizing omens, gone...

Each patch is killing off all hope I had for a decent/fun experience, I enjoyed 0.1 and tower mechanics, how tablets work, now we barely see tablets, waystones aswell, its just not fun rn

They are way too ambitious, need to tone it down, get us a proper stable core game that majority of EA payed supporters enjoy......
