T15 Map Sustain

I am having bosses drop zero maps. I just did the miller type boss who was a "powerful" boss on a 4 mod t15 and he dropped no maps and not a single map drop from any mobs in the rest of the zone. At the stage I am in currently I am not seeing any upgrades drop, I don't have the currency to buy any upgrades, and I get random one shots still from random mobs in various zones. So how do you expect a player who has bad luck to just start running zero revive maps to get to decent map / item drop territory? (95% increased waystones found in area is what the level says)

The dang zero revive thing needs to go. I am not playing hardcore. Give me my 6 portals per map regardless of the number of modifiers I am running. I already lose xp when I die so why do I have to bang my head against a frustrating wall and end up unable to continue running maps were maybe some day I might get an upgrade ><. I am getting close to saying I am done with this league if nothing gets improved. I play games to have fun not be frustrated for hours on end.

Are you running white t15s? Even a 3 mod t15 rebates the map most of the time.
