Xotolan Vaal Beacon boss bugged in the floor

After some time fighting this Vaal Beacon boss Xotolan, High Priest it does an ability where he goes in the ground with some lava particles, but never emerges again.

Same problem, Xotolan stucks under floor, north-east stone segment without lava on Golden Forge 3 lvl

Still not fixed

After respawning at a checkpoint, this bug disabled spirit gems, requiring double clicks to enable. Herald of Blood and Ghost Dance turned on normally, while Wind Dance and Herald of Plague required activating the weapon set checkbox.

I have encountered this bug as well, on the Vaal Temple.
