TEXTURES NOT LOADING PoE 2 0.4

{previous league I played without problem, but this league I've this problem every map, I need to swap the render every time to keep my game normal for a few minutes. I normally use Vulkan, its better for my notebook}

Just got to Act 3 and when I enter Ziggurat Encampment textures do not load properly. Everything before that was working fine.

Every other location I enter after it will not load the textures

A workaround is to exit the client and open it again (6th image), but only outside Ziggurat Encampment. If I enter to town again (7th image) textures will not load once again and I will need to exit the client after travelling to another location first.

If I change from DirectX12 to Vulkan, the textures load normally

UNPLAYABLE AT THIS POINT, NO TEXTURES AND ITEMS ARE INVISIBLE, PLAYING ON AN ASUS ROG ALLY. USING THE RENDERER VULKAN FIXES ALL OF IT BUT LOADING TIMES ARE SUPER UNBEARABLE, JUST EXITING THE ITEM SCREEN TAKES FOREVER TO LOAD BACK TO THE MAP. PLEASE FIX THIS, TRIED EVERYTHING ON MY SIDE AND STILL NOTHING.

Same issue - but its happening way more today for some reason
First couple days of 0.4 league it happened every hour or so, today its happening every 10 mins

never had any issue like this since game released

Same problem here, it happens usually when I alt+tab and return to the game, textures are not loading and items are not visible in the inventory or stash...
I taught its only me and then I found this post.

I have found a temp fix for 3050 ti (4gb) , clear temp files , reinstall drivers from nvidia and SADLY run game using dx111. do not use 12 or vulcan as they WILL JUST CAUSE THE ISSUE AGAIN.

Same here. MY GPU is not the best (1650), but i have been playing with stable FPS even when this is not happening.

But be aware. It causes game crashes. I already had 2 blue screens of death on my laptop. I'm thinking about skipping this game already.

Yep 3050ti Can't even play the game

It's incredible how this problem has persisted since the beta.
