restarting fixes it for a few levels then back to square one.

this is my game now after logging in after the maintenance. Before this I could play with bad textures, now there's none.

Edit: Fixed after restarting and disabling steam overlay. Now i'm back to bad/missing textures instead of a black screen.

Still not fixed

any solutions yet?? please help

Same here, cant play the game at all, was so excited to play new league and this happened :(

try vulcane, its can help, but performance so low now
UPD: i just get new texture bug, nothing special, need wait to help from developers
