I don't understand the evasion nerf????
Pure evasion is already the weakest, is why all evasion builds mix into hybrid. You have killed the scaling once again for evasion? I thought the whole point was us getting close to 100 now 42k evasion doesn't even get you 80% now?? lol
People are literally hitting 40k ES and life blood mages are unkillable, and I in no way saying nerf them, I just don't get the process of nerfing what is likely already the weakest defence mechanic in the game? The number on your character sheet isn't the important part. It's the relation to the enemy's accuracy. Spec into Blind. There's also a node in the Dex area that provides 5% conversion of physical damage.
SSF Rise of the Abyssal Ice Strike Invoker, high survivability and fast clear speed. Deprioritize armor and resistances; prioritize crafting a weapon and faster start of ES recharge. Build is shown at level 47, end of Act 3. It tore through Act 3 like butter.

I am already spec'd into it.
There is honestly a noticeable difference of how much more I am getting hit in gameplay now. Even if the character sheet doesn't matter, I'm not the only one feeling this as a nerf right now. |

I am not useless still because I went hybrid but the nerf at high end is actually really significant, ridiculous balance decision.

" There was also the monster accuracy change. I think that is what make a lot of people feel the difference more than the evasion change. I've seen people with other defense type experimenting a difference and not understanding why they were suddently getting hit more often. SSF player

Evasion is not working now, even 65% deflection is not working. nice update (no)

" Yeah you're right I guess. The evasion change dropped me to 79% from 85% at level 96. However I am getting hit far more than a 6% drop, it's actually insane the level of survivability I have lost on already the weakest defensive layer in the game. I have not just made this post off my own experience, I have spoken to 5 other people about it who play high level and they are experiencing the same right now. Don’t understand the change too. It’s a mid league nerf lol. Thought we wouldn’t be getting those. Lost what feels like a good bit of survivability; not sure if the monster accuracy has somehow been affected by the patch as well, unintentionally.

" It's not unintentional, it's in the patch note under evasion changes. + if the struggle is at bosses, they were bugged for some and didnt had enough HP or modifier applying to them so they fixed that. So now boss "feel harder" for some people but they are what they were suppose to be. SSF player
