As Seaman is pointing out in that thread, there are condition with omen that need to be checked off. This includes only using one per area.

While this may be known and seem obvious, it is important to state it in the thread as many other threads are created by players that don't know this and report a bug, when they are miss understanding the mechanic.

It seems like if you had 4 omens, and went to one omen, they at some point may have proc'd and prevented the remaining on from proccing? Is that possible? They will give a message to the text log when they proc.

It does sound like OP is mentioning something that is potentially a bug, but it is hard to know without the full context.

This is a really discouraging bug. You lose tons of XP at high levels when you shouldn't.

I reported this already. It happens when you have a stack of Ameliorations in your stash selected - only consumes the first of the stack, after that, not consumed.

play 1 portal map to solve the problem and see that it actually works.
Test it this way before claiming it doesnt work on multiple deaths on 1 map because thats not how it works.
