Make sure your map has 100%+ rarity (use omen) and at least 45% inc rare monsters (use 3x paranoia). Run Simulacrum, Breach, Irradiation. With at least 25% inc quantity. Wear gear with at least 100% rarity. Have atlas points allocated to quantity, rarity, rare increase. That's how it's done. You don't need towers.
