Also why dont you make use of the pinning from tactitian? Does freeze overrite pinning?

Permafrost/Fragmentation rounds is a Payoff combo. Going with an ascendancy that can cull and prevent that payoff doesn't really make sense.


Pinning isn't really required and has a very high opportunity cost. I'd rather have 50% less spirit res cost to fit in a ton more persistent buffs, or the armour node (crazy strong defensively).
