As per the in-game request this is my bug report on this issue. My "main" first character finished the quest just fine but my second run through results in the sound of the quest item dropping but no quest item appearing. Bug ID# 3652992385

can we get some sort of communication on when this will be resolved please? I've already moved onto act 4 and I don't want to constantly keep redoing the dungeon in the hopes the boss will actually drop its quest item this time.
